MYSTERIOUS CROCHET ARTIST IN JERSEY SHORE

Someone is covering the tree branches and lampposts in the New Jersey Shore town of West Cape May with crocheted sweaters. According to Mayor Pam Kaithern, the police are trying to find out who is doing the mysterious crochet covering because it is technically against the law for it to be done on public property without permission. However, many of the residents admitted to being enthralled by all the different colors. Even those who aren't so thrilled with the idea have admitted that it is better than spray paint.
