Can I use public transportation to get to the venue?
90 minutes prior to show time special service buses from the Concord BART station will begin service directly to the Pavilion. The buses will also return guests to the Concord BART station after the show is over. The cost is $2.50 per person each way. Please note that there is no service for community or parking lot events.
What are my parking options?
Parking is included in the price of tickets. VIP Parking is available for $40.00. Enter through Gate B and follow the signs.
What to bring:
Items allowed in this venue include: disposable or digital cameras, low profile lawn chairs (height not to exceed 6” inches), small bags or backpacks, small umbrellas (tote size), ponchos or rain coats, seat cushions, snack or picnic food in one clear, plastic gallon size bag (one per person), and, factory sealed bottled water (one per person). Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
Driving directions:
From Sacramento:
Take Highway 80 west to Highway 680. Proceed south on Highway 680 across the Martinez Bridge. Take the Highway 4/ Pittsburg Exit. Proceed east on Highway 4 to the Railroad Ave. Exit in Pittsburg. Turn right on Railroad Ave. This becomes Kirker Pass Rd as you leave Pittsburg. Follow Kirker Pass Rd for approximately three miles. The Pavilion will be on your left. Alternate route: Continue south on 680 passed Highway 4. Take the Willow Pass Rd Exit and turn left. Follow Willow Pass Rd east to Gateway Blvd. Take a soft right turn one block to Clayton Rd and make a soft left turn. Take Clayton Rd east to Kirker Pass Rd and turn left. At the second signal light, the pavilion will be at your right.
From the North Bay:
Cross the Richmond Bridge. Take the Castro St Exit. Follow the signs to the Richmond Pkwy. Take the Richmond Pkwy to Highway 80 east. Take the Highway 4/ Martinez Exit. Take the Railroad Ave Exit in Pittsburg. Turn right on Railroad Ave. This becomes Kirker Pass Rd as you leave Pittsburg. The Pavilion will be on your left.
From the South Bay: Take Highway 680 North. Exit on Ygnacio Valley Rd and turn right. After 8 1/2 miles, the Pavilion will be on your right.
From the Lower Peninsula: From the San Mateo Bridge, take Highway 880 north to Highway 238. Take Highway 580 East to Highway 680 North. Exit at Ygnacio Valley Rd and turn right. After 8 1/2 miles, the Pavilion will be on your right.
From the East:
Take Highway 4 to the Railroad Ave Exit in Pittsburg. Turn left on California Ave. Turn left on Railroad Ave This becomes Kirker Pass Rd as you leave Pittsburg. The Pavilion will be on your left.
From the West:
From the Bay Bridge take Highway 580 East to Highway 24. Follow Highway 24 toward Walnut Creek and Highway 680. Look for the Ygnacio Valley Rd exit near the middle lane as the freeways meet. Take the Ygnacio Valley Rd Exit and turn right. After 8 1/2 miles. The Pavilion will be on your right.
What can I bring?
You are allowed to bring in food for personal consumption as long as it fits in a one gallon, ziploc bag, plastic grocery bag or a small (six-pack sized) collapsible soft-sided cooler. No hard coolers of any kind are allowed. We require the patron to show the bag and it's contents to a member of our staff when entering the facility, and all items allowed in are at the staff member's discretion. A patron can bring in one factory sealed water bottle, or other non-alcoholic beverage (up to one liter in size). Blanket or sleeping bag for the lawn. Lawn chairs- seats must not be higher than 9" off the ground. PLEASE NOTE: These items are subject to change depending on the event. Inspections: For guest safety, please be prepared to have your items inspected at the gates. Photography: Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist. Professional cameras with extended zoom lenses are not permitted. Prohibited Items: Glass, cans or alcohol. Unsealed plastic beverage containers such as water bottles, etc that have the plastic factory seal broken. Weapons of any kind. Cameras & video equipment. Large ice chests- over 12" diameter or hard-sided. Radios & TVs. Barbecues or hibachis. Footballs, softballs, Frisbees, etc. Skates or skateboards. Animals- exception being seeing-eye dogs.
Inspections:
Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
Re-entry:
There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
