I'm doing the Deepak Chopra 21 Day Meditation Challenge

People often ask me how I 'do it all'. (LOL)....I am indeed a pretty busy single mom who wakes up at 4am, but staying on top of my mommy/work/personal duties is always a work in progress. Who ever gets it right all the time?

However, I will tell you what helps:

  • Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Keeping a book in my hand

Right now, I am doing Deepak Chopra's 21 Day Meditation Challenge. It's AWESOME, and it's FREE. What more do you need to know? :-) The theme is "Creating Abundance". If you know Deepak's work, you know that he is VERY good at making the complicated very simple and opening your eyes to the blessings right in front of you. I am on Day 9, and my head is swimming in good thoughts!

More good news: You can sign in quickly via Facebook, and the meditations stay up for 10 days after they appear. There's still time to jump in.....and even if you don't do the whole 21 days, each individual meditation is pretty amazing on its on.

Meditation is NOT a religious practice. It enhances your spiritual practice regardless of your beliefs.
